Through a Radioactive Lens, a panel discussion exploring the intersection of photographic and nuclear practices. Led by moderator John O’Brian, the panelists will assess the relationship between the camera lens and the atomic age, and discuss how their own research, writings or art practices respond to issues surrounding nuclear representation.

Through a Radioactive Lens is held in conjunction with the exhibition After the Flash: Photography from the Atomic Archive, which runs from 10 October to 20 December at WORK. The exhibition celebrates the publication of Camera Atomica by Black Dog Publishing, a richly illustrated survey exploring connections between photography and the atomic age. Camera Atomica is edited by John O’Brian and published in association with the Art Gallery of Ontario, Canada.
