The Hague Institute for Global Justice

For the opening of the exhibition ‘Evidence on Trial’, Susan Schuppli participated in a conference at The Hague Institute for Global Justice as a part of their program “From Fact-Finding to Evidence: Harmonizing Multiple Investigations of International Crimes” about how the way evidence is presented can make all the difference for the accused and the victims. How does the processing of these evidence effect trials? Jill Coster van Voorhout, researcher at The Hague Institute for Global Justice and Dan Saxon, former prosecutor at the ICTY, were respondents, and Natasja van den Berg moderated the discussion.
